Tool to get my Proxy Settings?

Is there any tool that would get my proxy details? Proxy has been configured as Auto Config URL. (i.e PAC file.). I want to get the Proxy Server and Port number. Is there any tool to get so?

Do you realize that every proxy you post on Yahoo is seen by every IT dept in every school and college. The IT guys watch for the questions and then simply block all the proxies you give out. It's not something you should do anyway and can get you in trouble at school. Why not wait till you get home.
