Is it "proxy of the president director" or "president director's proxy"? Which one is correct?

------------------------

ABC Ltd, in this case, is represented by NYOMAN as the *Proxy of the President Director*, therefore acting for and on behalf of the abovementioned company, who is hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

Is it "proxy of the president director" or "president director's proxy"? Which one is correct?
Actually, they are both grammatically correct. In this case, I believe that as it is quoted would be the better way to express it.
