Network Proxy/Filter?

I am interested in establishing a proxy or network web filter for my home network, with custom error messages when a forbidden or unavailable website is accessed. All I have to do is configure the web browsers on the remote computers to access the proxy. Any software that will let me do this, or anything built into XP Pro? Thanks.

Network Proxy/Filter?
A proxy that I have used that seems to work pretty well is ccproxy, I'm not sure of the website but u can google it and it should be at the top of the list. They have all the instructions you need on their page.
Reply:I reviewed over 70 proxy sites and I think i found the two that are simple ones who bypass every site!

I have the best solution:

http://www.proxypluto.com

or

http://www.blacksproxy.com

They offer full 100% support for Youtube, Metacafe, BlackPlanet, Hi5, MySpace, FaceBook, or Xanga and other social sites.Give us a try and see the difference and surf the web much safer with Proxy Pluto.
