HI i am living in a apartment in a building. i am using wireless internet which is behind proxy. i dont have any username or server name. my yahoo webcam doesnt connect n say u r behind a proxy or firewall

It may just be that there's a firewall on the wireless hardware and that is stopping any connections to your computer.
You need to contact the people that maintain the hardware and ask them to unblock your computer and help your forward ports.
