Im using Proxy Switcher and connected to a proxy in France, but when I check my IP its my orginal one?

Does your IP not change while using a proxy of another country?

Im using Proxy Switcher and connected to a proxy in France, but when I check my IP its my orginal one?
Theoretically it should change and use new IP address from the proxy server
Reply:Your Ip on the machine will always be the same. Your public IP at the router will always be the one provided by your ISP.
