Reply:AdMuncher.com has a free program that not only blocks ads and pop-ups, it also has settings for IP scramble that routes your IP through various anonymous proxies. It's only usable for 30 days so after 30 days you'll have to uninstall and reinstall it again for an additional 30 days. then just do it again, and again, and again for as long as you want it. I saved the program to HDD so I wouldn't have to keep going back to the website.
