UK proxy BBC or 4oD?

After sadly spending nearly 2 days online searching for a reliable UK proxy I have finally had to admit defeat. Managed to successfully download BBC Iplayer programmes once but then the proxy stopped working. Does anyone have a solution?!Thanks

Why do you need a proxy. Is it because you don't live in the UK and wish to illegally download content?
